Enrollment of this service acknowledges your acceptance of the terms and conditions described herein.
800callforward.com is a partnership between 800callforward.com and Touchfon International, Inc. All account management, billing, and support will be provided by Touchfon, International Inc Service Availability Terms and Rates.

Your 800callforward.com service is available and begins on the date of number assignment, usually the same day as signup. Numbers may be activated instantly assuming you have a positive account balance at the time of purchase. If you purchase a number and forwarding is now working instantly, check that you have a positive credit balance, and that your forwarding number settings are input correctly.

You may change your forwarding number, or direct your toll-free number to voicemail, auto attendant or departments at any time by changing your settings inside your user account, or by contacting our Customer Support Department. There is no charge for changing configurations other than charges for any new features added. You are solely responsible for all recurring usage charges including, but not limited to: wrong numbers, unauthorized access, and outbound usage.

800callforward.com service details are as follows:
•Your 800callforward.com number will be assigned to you for one month. At the end of the one month period the fee to keep your number active is according to the pricing per month as designated on the pricing page of located at http://800callfoward.com/pricing.
•You will be billed a rate of $0.049 (4.9 cents) per minute, billed in one minute increments for all calls forwarded to USA numbers. International rates are charged according to rates listed here: http://800callforward.com/site/rates

•All orders are non-refundable unless approved by 800callforward.com. To request a refund email support(@)800callforward.com. If your request is approved, a refund may be issued.

You may cancel your service at by submitting a support ticket from within your user account and selecting "cancel account" as the support category. Any cancellation request must include your applicable toll-free number(s). Your service will be canceled the business day after we receive your cancellation request.
If notice is not received as required, your service will remain active as long as your account maintains a positive account balance. 800callforward.com may automatically terminate any account which has not been actively used, or a positive account balance for 90 days.

800callforward.com will bill 800callforward.com users for additional toll free numbers on a monthly ‘anniversary date’. You will be billed each month on the same date as your purchase and first billing. You will not receive an email statement of your call usage and billing details, this information is available inside your user account. Your local line charges and any long distance calls not made through 800callforward.com‘s service will be billed by your local and long distance service providers.

Late Fees
There's no late fees, because it's pre-paid!

Chargeback Fees
A chargeback fee of $30.00 will be assessed in the event that a chargeback by the cardholder is determined in favor of Touchfon International Inc.

Assigned Numbers
It is the customers responsibility to check the portability before purchasing. It is the customers responsibility to find out the portability status of each number before they initiate service or purchase it. Some (888/877/866) Toll-free number(s) issued to you by 800callforward.com can be ported to another party with written permission from 800callforward.com. Fee's for porting out numbers that begin with 888/877/866 activated at 800callforward.com are as follows:

Port-out request within 6 months from the date the number is originally activated on an account (180 days or less)- $150 per DID
Port-out request 6 months after the date the number is originally activated on an account (180 to 365 days)- $75 per did
Port-out request over 1 year from the date the number is originally activated on an account (365 days) - 49.99

Classic 800 Phone numbers
Classic 800 Toll-free number(s) issued to you by 800callforward.com can not be ported to another party without written permission from 800callforward.com.

Premium Vanity 800 Phone numbers
Premium Vanity 800 Toll-free number(s) issued to you by 800callforward.com can not be ported to another party without written permission from 800callforward.com.

Change in Services
800callforward.com reserves the right to change the availability of or make modifications, deletions, or additions to any service offered at any time without prior notice.

800callforward.com will not review or monitor the contents of forwarded calls or voicemail except as required by applicable law or legal process.

Limited Liability
800callforward.com will strive to provide continuous service with a goal of no blocked calls to you. However, 800callforward.com cannot be held liable for service interruptions including dropped calls due to equipment failure, equipment or facility shortages that create transmission limitations, system capacity limitations, strikes, acts of God or other causes beyond our reasonable control. 800callforward.com's liability, if any, in the operation of service or equipment shall not exceed the amount of a pro-rated monthly charge for the service access during the period affected. You assume all risks associated with the use of the service including any liability arising from fraudulent use of the service. 800callforward.com will not be liable to you and you agree to hold 800callforward.com blameless for any costs, delays, special, incidental, or consequential damages, physical harm or any other damage arising from your use of, misuse of, or inability to use the 800callforward.com services and systems, or the companys inability to perform. You specifically agree that 800callforward.com will not be liable for any damages resulting from or in connection with the use of 800callforward.com‘s service for life-threatening or emergency situations, even if 800callforward.com or any of its employees has been advised of the possibility of damages.

Disruption in service
Loss or Disruption in Service. CUSTOMER acknowledges and understands that the Service may be interrupted or unavailable from time to time for a variety of reasons such as power failure, the absence of electrical power, a disruption in telecommunications traffic in CUSTOMER’s network or in the 800callforward network or in the network of 800callforward’s vendors. Should there be an interruption in power, the Service will not function until power is restored. A power failure or disruption may require the CUSTOMER to reset or reconfigure certain on premises equipment prior to using the Service. CUSTOMER also acknowledges and understands that the Service requires a fully functional connection to the Internet and that in the event of an outage of, or termination of broadband or high speed internet access service with or by an Internet service provider ("ISP") and/or broadband provider, the Service will not function. 800callforward undertakes to use its best efforts to repair any disruption originating in its network. Customer also acknowledges that in the event of any disruption or unavailability of Service for any reason whatsoever, 800callforward will have no responsibility for consequential damages of any kind or nature and CUSTOMER will continue to be billed for the Service during such failures, terminations and/or outages unless and until CUSTOMER or 800callforward terminates the Service in accordance with this Agreement.

If legal action is initiated by either party concerning this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all costs and reasonable attorneys fees, including costs and fees on appeal. 800callforward.com may assign all or part of this Agreement by giving you written notice, and you agree to make all subsequent payments as instructed in such notice. You may not assign your rights of obligations under the Agreement without prior written approval from 800callforward.com . If any terms stated herein are invalid or unenforceable, then the remaining terms shall remain in effect. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by the laws of the State of Utah. In addition, the court and authorities of the State of Utah shall have jurisdiction over all controversies that may arise with respect to this Agreement. 800callforward.com is the owner of all copyrights, trademarks and proprietary interests and to all materials, brochures, and explanatory material delivered to you.
800callforward.com reserves the right to change this agreement at any time. A current copy of these terms is available on the 800callforward.com web site . You are responsible for reviewing information posted on the site in order to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your non-termination or continued use of the 800callforward.com service constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes. 800callforward.com Affiliate Agreement
